Answers about booking, payment, airport pickup, private taxi, surfboard transport, private driver service, and Whale Shark Tour arrangements.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. No deposit is required. Payment can be made by Cash IDR or Bank Transfer on the trip day, preferably before departure or at the start of service.
How do I book a transfer?
Send your pickup location, destination, date, pickup time, number of passengers, luggage, surfboards, and flight number if airport pickup through WhatsApp.
Can I pay by card, Wise, or QRIS?
For now, confirmed payment methods are Cash IDR and Bank Transfer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickup, please send your flight number when booking. We will adjust pickup time for reasonable flight delays when possible. For major delays, contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, cancellation is free. Please inform us as early as possible through WhatsApp. For airport transfers, long-distance trips, and whale shark tour transport, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trip.
Can I reschedule?
Rescheduling is possible depending on car and driver availability. Contact us early if your pickup time, route, or travel date changes.
Is waiting time included?
We provide reasonable waiting time for airport, harbor, and hotel pickup. Additional waiting time may be charged depending on route and driver schedule.
Do you operate late at night or early morning?
Early morning and late-night pickup are available by request. Trips outside normal operating hours may have an additional surcharge depending on pickup time and route.
Can your cars carry surfboards?
Surfboards are available by request depending on board size, luggage, route distance, and vehicle space. Please mention surfboards when booking.
Is extra baggage charged?
Extra baggage or additional large items may be charged from IDR 50,000 depending on size and available car space.
Is Whale Shark Tour land transport included?
Tour Only price does not include land transport to/from Labuhan Jambu. Private transfer can be arranged as Tour + Transfer.
Are whale shark sightings guaranteed?
Whale shark sightings depend on nature, weather, sea conditions, and local platform activity. We work with local operators to give guests the best possible chance, but sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed.
What should I bring for the Whale Shark Tour?
Bring swimwear, dry clothes, waterproof bag, reef-safe sunscreen, seasick medicine if needed, cash IDR, and a waterproof phone or camera case.
Can children join the Whale Shark Tour?
Children can join with parent or guardian supervision. The tour is recommended for guests who are comfortable on boats and in the water.
Is Google Maps available?
The Google Business Profile and Maps listing are still in the verification process. Exact pickup or meeting points can be shared through WhatsApp.
